  When I lived in West London I used their Kingston Store and now in Oxford I use their Botley Road branch. But why they moved out of Park Street and out to the old George pub site goodness knows! It floods and you can't park easily! But the staff are brilliant and know their stuff, the prices are very keen and most products come with better than minimal one year waranties. If they ever disappear, for me, it would be back to John Lewis, just for dealing with nice trustworthy people, but meanwhile I am sticking with Richer Sounds!
