  So, I visited the Pen Plus Shop in August 2017, and I can tell that it is the best store of its kind that I have ever been to. The variety of pens presented in the store is huge, and also there are plenty of different inks and accessories of various kinds. Store owners deserve my respect for running the fountain pen orientated business, even though fountain pen popularity is very low nowadays. First of all, I was amazed by how educated and experienced store owners was regarding anything about fountain pens. They answered all my questions, and we had a very long and delightful discussion about fountain pens. It was very nice to meet people who are as passionate about fountain pens as I am. So, the service was superb and customer orientated. I would question the following reviews claiming that customer service is poor because it isn't. In my opinion, customer service was fantastic and friendly. I bought myself an excellent Waterman Carene Black Sea fountain pen with medium 18k nib, and I am pleased about it. The pen is fantastic, and it fits my needs perfectly. All the information about the pen that I received from the store owners was truthful and exact. Here, I would like to point out the fact that store owners are real professionals when it comes to fountain pens, and they are the best advisers you would be able to find in Oxford, and probably even Southern England. Overall, Pen Plus is a great shop when it comes to fountain pens, regular pens and inks. The huge number of pens available, as well as professional staff with decades of experience in fountain pen field, makes Pen Plus the best fountain pen shop in Oxford and maybe even the whole of Southern England. I promised myself to come back there when I face a chance to do so. Five stars rating is deserved without a doubt!
