  Absolute trash. Workers are all lazy & very abrupt, the type that come to work only because they have to as they need the money. Not willing to liaise with customers at all. I had to call O2 (inside this O2 shop) which led to the helpful O2 lady on the phone having to call the shop & request to speak to a manager to enquire what the hell was going on. Only then were they willing to help and explain what exactly had gone wrong. Embarrassing.

  Kind shop assistants and service. I needed a small, cheap phone for the while and quickly found one. They didn't try to foist a more expensive one on me. However, the service was a bit slow and could have given more advice concerning the plugs I need.
