  Bought an RS4..returned an RS4 for a full refund within 2 months of purchase. Car was mis sold and failed the ‘149 point check’ on so many points it was laughable. Communication was non existent, head of business was threatening and the whole experience was embarrassing from start to finish.

  I was looking to buy a replacement Audi and had reached out to a number of dealers in London and surrounding areas. Darren at Marshall’s was the most proactive and patient salesman I dealt with. He listened to my requirements and worked hard to find me the perfect car to drive away with before Xmas. On arriving at Oxford to pick up my vehicle, the team at Marshall’s - including George, Bobby and Darren were really great at ensuring a very smooth vehicle handover. They walked me through my new car and delivered on all the promises they made - ensuring my car was spotless and ensuring that my handing back of my old vehicle was trouble free. I am very impressed with Oxford Audi and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a really helpful quality dealership. Worth the extra miles I travelled from London for a team that went that extra mile. :-)
