  Everybody who works in this store do nothing other than talk all day and never answer the phone!!! Absolutely crap customer services. Every time I go in they are doing nothing but talk to each other and not enough helping customers.!!!

  I bought a pair of shoes today from this store only because there isn't another one in the area. Noone acknowledged me. Had to approach one member of staff after 10 minutes I had been waiting for someone to help me while they are chatting at the front. I asked for a pair of trainers and he disappeared for 15 minutes. I needed a smaller size and have been told that they don't come in half sizes then disappeared again for another 15 minutes. I found the shoes on the shop floor in the size I needed (half size) and asked him to bring them. After 10 minutes he came back with the shoes. While I was trying them he was chatting with a colleague and laughing over my head. I went to the till and asked how many days I've got to return the shoes if I change my mind. The girl at the till didn't know and had to look it up. I won't go there again, the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and disrespectful. Awful service, stay away if you don't want to spent 45 minutes in a shop only to buy one pair of shoes.
