  Don't get me wrong, this kennel is good value for money. But they advertise themselves as a 'luxury' kennel - and it is in no way luxury. I should have known that this was the case when they told me the price, but maybe I was naïve. They were only in there for 3 days but my dogs had lost a lot of weight and smelled really bad, despite having had a bath a few days before they went in. These are the kind of kennels where dogs bark and bark because they are all in very close proximity, and judging by how incredibly tired and subdued my dogs were when they left (I have never seen them like that, even after lots of exercise), I don't think they had a lot of rest. The Kong wobbler I had given them stuffed with food was still stufffed with food when it was returned, and I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't have touched it judging by how much they love it at home. I have used luxury kennels before and I felt like my dogs were truly cared for, from the moment I walked through the door. They left full of energy and reluctant to leave. As soon as I dropped my dogs off here I felt uneasy. The kennels are of a reasonable size, although still too small for big dogs in my opinion. There are adjoining runs, although I did not see these so cannot comment on them. I would advise you to visit the kennels before dropping your dogs off here - maybe you don't mind your dog being in that kind of environment if it's cheap to pay for - but at least you can make an informed decision. I did not have the opportunity to visit before I dropped them off as it is quite far from my home. Although I have no desire to damage this business in any way, I think that they should be far more honest on their website about their facilities. Some pictures and prices would go a long way.
