I viewed this cattery recently. Paul the owner seemed to be very pleasant and the cattery looked OK. I had planned to use them over the Christmas period but 2 days after viewing it my neighbour offered to take care of my cat so I called Paul to cancel. At this stage I feel Paul really let himself down, he said he would have to charge me regardless. He hadn't requested a deposit when I viewed the cattery and I signed no terms and conditions so I don't intend to pay anything but I was so disappointed with his attitude that I shall never use his cattery or recommend it to anyone else.
